* Is the pool clear and the cover removed in order for me to properly evaluate all areas of the pool? If not, please get the pool water as clear as possible in order to see the bottom before doing an initial site visit and have the cover removed. (This is required, or we can not provide an estimate).
* Do you have any competing bids, and if so, by whom? We do renovation work for most of the local companies and do not want to damage any relationships by bidding on the same property (is the purpose of asking).
* Have you established a realistic budget for this project? If so, please share so we can provide you with the highest quality materials to fit your budget.
* What is your desired completion date?
* Are there any pre-existing concerns, changes, or issues that we need to address or be aware of during your renovation project tenure?
* What is the current age of the plaster/tile?
